Organizational Structure
An Integrated Structure Ensuring Governance and Effectiveness
The Iraqi Entrepreneurship and Innovation Council adopts an integrated organizational structure that ensures clear responsibilities, effective decision-making, and the ability to implement programs and initiatives on the ground.
Board of Directors
Oversees the overall strategic direction of the Council. Approves major plans, programs, and national priorities. Monitors the achievement of strategic objectives and ensures adherence to good governance.
Executive Management
Manages the Council's day-to-day operations. Implements the programs and initiatives approved by the Board of Directors. Supervises committees, departments, and executive units. Represents the Council administratively, financially, and operationally before partners and official entities.
Advisory Council and Experts
Includes a group of representatives of government entities, experts from universities and research centers, and Iraqi professionals abroad. The Advisory Council provides strategic advice and contributes to shaping the Council's policies and overall direction.
Specialized Committees
Policy and Legislation Committee, Finance and Investment Committee, Training and Capacity Building Committee, Innovation and Technology Committee, International Relations Committee, Media and Community Engagement Committee, Women and Youth Committee.
Departments and Executive Units
Business Incubators Unit, Business Accelerators Unit, Research and Studies Unit, National Projects Unit, Advisory Support Unit, Technology and Digital Transformation Unit, Public Relations Unit.
